26.08.2022, Medpoint Global, 6400 Graft, Age 20-I Have a Freighting I am so scared

I had hair transplantation on 26. 08. 2022. They said the donor area was very good and the grafts were multiple. My hair was incredibly lush and strong until two years ago. When I started to stress, it took 2 years to lose my hair with the eczema. My hair at the end of 2 years is annex-1. Currently, 2 months have passed since October. I do not see much difference, as it can be understood from the title, excessive fat problem and light seberoic dermatitis symptoms. Sebamed I am using newborn shampoo. I’m using Fin. Please help me if I am very scared because of DHT, my newly planted hair will be poured?What would you recommend for the solution of lubrication
