Causes shock and hair loss after hair transplantation?
Hello everyone,
I share it to explain that the incorrectly known shock spill is a different process, not the hair planted.
Shocking is called temporary or permanent hair loss in certain regions, which occur after a surgical operation or after any other head traumas.
Mostly temporary shock loss is caused by the trauma given to the scalp and may occur for various reasons. This is called temporary because the hair extends again after a certain period of time, but may also be likely not to get out.
A typical example of temporary shedding in hair transplantation is that DHT (Dhydrittosterone) formed by the miniature (thinning) process is carried out in a region where the hair is very thin and weak. This event is very common after hair transplantation.
For this reason, shock spill can be considered temporary when the hair comes out again, permanently when the process does not change. The hair follicles, which are generally exposed to permanent shock loss, are those in an advanced stage of miniature, which will be poured in a few years.
For this reason, it is necessary to take anti -DHT for several months before hair transplantation.
