Healing process of the donor zone

I wish everyone healthy, enjoyable days. On November 16, 2022, I performed 2800 graft hair transplantation. It’s been 17 days. The process appears in the photos. As far as I can see here, the donor zones are recovering within 10-15 days, while the situation is still evident and at night I came into contact with my hand on itching, and I scratch it. I wonder how the situation continues after that. Does a permanent trace risk appear?
