Dr. Muttalip Keser 2500 Grafts FUE Crown Plan: Historical Case

Historical patient case: This archive describes a German patient who previously received 2,200 grafts in 2008 and was later planned for another 2,500 grafts to address the crown.

  • Planned crown procedure: 2,500 grafts

The later procedure should not be treated as completed without documented confirmation. The $2,400 price is historical, not a current quote.

For current background information, see our Dr. Muttalip Keser clinic profile.

Further Reading and Case Context

This archived case should be considered alongside donor characteristics, treatment area, photo dates and the patient’s starting hair-loss pattern. The listed graft count is an individual case detail, not a treatment recommendation. For general context, visit our hair transplant guide and cost and graft planning guide. Neither article independently verifies this case’s result.

How to Interpret This Patient Case

This page is an archived patient case rather than a controlled clinical study. Graft count, technique, timing, pricing and patient impressions should be read as historical case details only where they were recorded in the original account. Hair-transplant outcomes vary with donor density, hair calibre, recipient-area size, surgical planning, healing and the progression of future hair loss.

Keep the two stages distinct: the archive records 2,200 grafts completed in December 2008 and discusses a further 2,500-graft crown plan, but does not confirm that the later procedure occurred. The listed punch sizes and US$2,400 price belong to the historical record. Do not read planned grafts as completed work.

Useful Points to Compare

Planned crown work: The 2,500-graft crown procedure is discussed as a future plan, not a verified completed surgery. The earlier 2,200-graft operation and its photographs should be interpreted separately; the historical $2,400 price is not a current offer.

  • Starting hair-loss pattern and donor density
  • Reported graft count and recipient-area coverage
  • Donor extraction pattern and visible thinning
  • Hairline design, direction and density distribution
  • Time elapsed between surgery and each photograph

Important: 2,500 Grafts Were Planned, Not Confirmed as Completed

The original report states that a patient from Germany had already received 2,200 grafts in December 2008 to restore the hairline, temples and mid-scalp. The doctor then planned a further 2,500 grafts for the crown. The text does not confirm that this later crown procedure actually took place, so this page must not be counted as a documented completed 2,500-graft transplant result.

The account describes unusual multi-hair grafts and 0.6–0.9 mm punches during the original procedure, and records personal use of minoxidil rather than finasteride. These are historical details, not independent proof of technique or a medication recommendation. The archived US$2,400 figure is not a current quotation. Photos should be read as documentation of the known 2008 treatment unless another dated procedure record is available.

Dr. Muttalip Keser 2500 Grafts FUE: Patient Update

Dr. Keser presents this patient from Germany. He uses Minoxidil but not Propecia. On December 2008 Dr. Keser placed 2200 grafts, filling his hair line, temple points and mid scalp, obtanining a very natural and homgeneous result. 0.6-0.9 mm punches were used. This patient produced exceptional 5-hair grafts, something never seen in our clinic. His hair count was above average.

His donor site looks good and Dr. Keser plans to extract 2500 grafts to fill his crown. Hair transplant cost is 2,400$
