Dr. Zekeriya Kul 3000 Grafts: Two-Session Patient Result

Patient-reported case archive: This archive documents a 3,000-graft transplant completed over two sessions at Dr. Zekeriya Kul’s clinic.
Further Reading and Case Context
This historical patient account should be read with attention to the starting hair-loss pattern, graft totals, donor region and the actual photo dates. The archive does not independently establish graft survival. Our hair transplant planning guide and cost and graft-count guide give general context for interpreting reports like this one.

3,000 Grafts Over Two Sessions: Details and Limitations
The original patient account describes two sessions over two days at Dr. Zekeriya Kul’s clinic. It states that the patient initially agreed to terms referencing 2,800 grafts, while the actual reported transplant total was 3,000 grafts. The account does not provide a reliable monetary price, and it does not independently verify the graft total with operative documentation.
The patient attributes both graft extraction and implantation to Dr. Kul and discusses considerable swelling approximately four to five hours after the procedure. These statements describe one person’s historical experience; they should not be taken as evidence about how the clinic currently operates or as individualized aftercare guidance.
What the Images Establish
The photographs in the archive are presented as before-and-after surgery images, but the written report does not identify a confirmed 6- or 12-month follow-up. Early postoperative swelling and implanted-area appearance are not a final hair-growth result. Compare the visible donor region, treated area and hairline where the photos allow, while accounting for differences in lighting and angles. For a separate case, see the Dr. Zekeriya Kul 3,300-graft patient archive; the two pages should not be treated as describing the same patient without evidence.
Original Patient Account
I had 3000 graft hair transplantation in Zekeriya KUL Hair Transplant Clinic 2 days (2 sessions) in the form of cultivation. We agreed on the price of 2800 grafts but 3000 grafts sown. I suppose everyone is doing the same tariff. Root purchases and cultivation were done entirely by himself. About four to five hours after the operation. Now there’s a lot of swelling in the planting place, so it seems a little ungainly. My professor said that 2-3 days the swelling descends. I share my photos before and after hair transplantation.
