PRP Hair Treatment Cost: 2025 Historical Price Guide

This is a historical price page, not a current clinic quotation. The earlier version listed an approximate Istanbul PRP price of TRY 3,500–5,500 for 2025, but did not identify a dated provider quotation, preparation protocol or package scope. That amount is an unverified figure from the old article—not an established 2025 market average and not a price to budget from today.
What the old price record does and does not establish
| Field | Status |
|---|---|
| Year attached to the old estimate | 2025 |
| Currency and quoted range | TRY 3,500–5,500 in the previous article |
| Named provider and quotation date | Not documented in that entry |
| Exact preparation and treatment area | Not established |
| Included consultations, reviews or additional sessions | Not established |
| Current price | Obtain a written quotation after assessment |
Compare the total proposed course, not only one session
Ask each provider for the same information before comparing prices. A quote should distinguish the assessment, preparation and injection procedure, planned number of visits, review appointments and any separately charged services. Record the currency and the date on which the offer expires.
The American Academy of Dermatology describes PRP as a procedure using a patient’s blood and notes that repeat injections are part of treatment. That does not make a package schedule a prescription for everyone. Ask the treating clinician why the proposed course fits your diagnosis and how its value will be reassessed.
Questions for an itemised PRP quotation
- What diagnosis is being treated, and what alternatives were discussed?
- Who assesses me, prepares the treatment and performs the injections?
- Which visits and materials are included in the stated price?
- What are the cancellation and unused-session terms?
- When will response be reviewed, and what would lead to stopping or changing the plan?
- Are future maintenance visits merely possible, or included in the quoted course?
- Who provides advice or examination if an unexpected problem occurs?
Keep treatment decisions separate from package sales
A reduced package price, branded preparation kit or the use of your own blood is not a guarantee of benefit. Ask for evidence relevant to the specific hair-loss condition and proposed procedure. Our PRP overview discusses treatment background separately from this price-comparison page.
Do not use an old article’s instructions to stop prescribed medicines or supplements, decide eligibility, or set injection intervals. Give the treating clinician your medication and medical history; any changes need individual advice from the appropriate clinician. This page does not provide a preparation or aftercare protocol.
What to record after the consultation
Keep the written plan, total proposed cost, review date and agreed method for assessing response together. Note any other treatments so that a later change is not automatically attributed to PRP alone. Ask what happens if treatment is not recommended after examination or if you decide not to continue.
For broader assessment questions, see what helps with hair loss. For a separate surgical procedure, use the hair-transplant cost guide; the two prices are not interchangeable.
