Further Reading and Case Context
In this archive, the reported 4,275-graft figure, the images and patient account should be read alongside the starting hair-loss pattern, donor-area appearance and dated follow-up images. The number reported in the title describes this individual case, not a recommended graft target for another patient.
For broader context, read our hair transplant planning guide and graft counts and historical costs. These explain general considerations and do not independently verify the clinical outcome pictured here.
How to Interpret This Patient Case
This page is an archived patient case rather than a controlled clinical study. Graft count, technique, timing, pricing and patient impressions should be read as historical case details only where they were recorded in the original account. Hair-transplant outcomes vary with donor density, hair calibre, recipient-area size, surgical planning, healing and the progression of future hair loss.
When comparing this case with another result, look at the starting hair-loss pattern, donor appearance, lighting, hair length and the exact follow-up point. Early postoperative photographs mainly document placement and healing, while later photographs are more useful for judging cosmetic growth.
Useful Points to Compare
- Starting hair-loss pattern and donor density
- Reported graft count and recipient-area coverage
- Donor extraction pattern and visible thinning
- Hairline design, direction and density distribution
- Time elapsed between surgery and each photograph
Hello there. My hair transplant in Estemylife took place on 10.01.2019. I use ecopirin as a medicine from the 2nd day. From day 8 I use xpecia tb morning and evening. From the 8th day, I take biotin 2.5 with plenty of water in the afternoon. I know that biotin is taking more than the max dose for humans (I’m a pharmacist by the way) but I will take it by the 40th day to reduce the shock spill. I have never taken finasteride and I can never take that risk into consideration because even if few people have side effects, it changes sperm quality and I know that this can be a permanent effect. Photos below I want to take advantage of your comments.
By the way, after I had a hair transplant, I used a lotion that I developed myself. This is the reason for hair growth in the vertex area, although there is no hair transplantation. Unfortunately, I will not share the contents of the formula.
