Arenamed 6000 Grafts: Serkan Aydın Patient Case

Patient-reported archive: The source reports a 6,000-graft Arenamed procedure and describes which staff members performed different stages. These are historical patient observations, not verified current staffing or clinic policy. The original record and photos below should be interpreted by their dates and the areas shown.
Archive Information and Verification
This is an archived patient-reported record, not a clinical study or a measure of the clinic’s average outcomes. This editorial update does not independently verify the original source, photographs, exact graft count or current clinic workflow.
The operation date and the latest photograph date should be read from the recorded case details below. Where a date or follow-up is not recorded, do not infer it from the article’s publication date or an image filename. Early healing photos do not establish final growth.
Compare this entry with our patient archive and guide to evaluating patient reviews. Editorial context updated: 12 October 2026.
Case Summary
The recorded 6,000-graft figure is a historical patient-reported detail, not a graft target suitable for other patients. Especially in large sessions, donor capacity and long-term hair-loss planning should be assessed individually. See our donor-area guide before interpreting large graft counts.
- Clinic: Arenamed, Istanbul
- Grafts: 6,000
- Planning/channel opening: the patient says Serkan Aydın performed these steps
- Implantation: the patient identifies a staff member named Ömer and two additional staff members
- Written account: first wash / day 1, according to the patient
- Photo labels: the gallery includes source-labelled images from before treatment through 1 year 14 days, as well as undated photographs and comparison panels
These staffing details are historical patient-reported information and should not be assumed to describe current clinic protocol. The day-one wording dates the original written note, not every photograph in the gallery. Embedded follow-up labels have not been independently verified, and the full gallery has not been established as one chronological patient record.
For clinic background, see our Arenamed / Serkan Aydın profile.
How to Interpret This Patient Case
This page is an archived patient case rather than a controlled clinical study. Graft count, technique, timing, pricing and patient impressions should be read as historical case details only where they were recorded in the original account. Hair-transplant outcomes vary with donor density, hair calibre, recipient-area size, surgical planning, healing and the progression of future hair loss.
When comparing this case with another result, look at the starting hair-loss pattern, donor appearance, lighting, hair length and the exact follow-up point. Early postoperative photographs mainly document placement and healing, while later photographs are more useful for judging cosmetic growth.
Useful Points to Compare
- Starting hair-loss pattern and donor density
- Reported graft count and recipient-area coverage
- Donor extraction pattern and visible thinning
- Hairline design, direction and density distribution
- Time elapsed between surgery and each photograph
Written Account and Source-Labelled Photo Timeline
The original note describes the first wash, day one, following a reported 6,000-graft procedure. Separate photographs carry labels including days 6, 11, 20, 68, 120, 171 and 248, and 1 year 14 days. Captions identify these as labels supplied with the photographs. Calendar dates, patient continuity and the relationship of the opening comparison panels to the written account have not been independently verified.
Use each photograph’s caption when comparing views, hair length and follow-up labels. Undated photographs and the opening comparison panels should not be assigned a follow-up point from their filenames or gallery order. The available images do not independently verify the reported graft count, graft survival or a continuous long-term outcome. Our recovery timeline provides general context for interpreting photographs from different stages.
Original Patient Account: Arenamed 6,000-Graft Procedure
Hello everyone, today is my first day, I did my first wash. After the hair transplant, I had it done at Arenamed.
Serkan Aydın did the drawing and channel opening himself, while the transplant was done by someone named Ömer, and there were two other people with him. I tagged the pictures, I’m waiting for your comments.
Archive Photographs and Source Labels
Photo captions describe what is visible. Follow-up labels are transcribed from text embedded in the source photographs and are not independently verified dates. Unlabelled images are undated. The original written account and the gallery do not, by themselves, establish a verified chronological sequence or outcome. The gallery includes labels ranging from before treatment to 1 year 14 days, alongside unlabelled comparison panels; these should not all be described as day-one photographs.
