Dr. Hakan DOGANAY 3175 Graft Hair Transplant
Hello, after about 4 years of research and decision-making, Dr. Hakan performed my hair transplantation on Tuesday and Wednesday last week. Due to the current condition of my donor area, my desire to use the nape and sides short after the transplantation and my other expectations regarding the transplantation; Dr Hakan said that a 3000 graft transplantation would be appropriate. During root harvesting, a total of 3175 grafts were taken, 2050 grafts from my donor area and 1125 grafts from the beard. Due to the existing patency in my vertex area, only the anterior region was focused on, the vertex was not entered. Dr. Hakan said that a transplant in this direction would be appropriate for an efficient result. On the 1st day, an intake of 1250 grafts was made from my neck, Mr. Ahmet from Dr. Hakan team made the intake with a micromotor. After a lunch break after the harvest, Dr. Hakan performed the transplantation process. On the 2nd day, 800 grafts were taken from my neck and 1125 grafts from my beard. Likewise, Hakan hoca performed the transplantation of these roots. Towards noon the next day, my first wash was done by the team and I was shown how to perform the washes, I returned to Istanbul in the afternoon. Until the crusts fall off (I was told that all of the crusts must be shed between 7-10 days, otherwise the crusts will damage the underlying roots), I was told that I should apply bepanthol lotion to the transplantation area and donor area 1-2 times a day, wait half an hour and then wash with baby shampoo. They also said that I should not use Biotin for the first 1 month and that I could continue to use it afterwards. Dr. Hakan is a polite, realistic, straightforward doctor who listens to the other person and tries to meet the expectations of the other person. The friends in Dr. Hakan team also worked hard and tried to help me throughout the purchase and transplantation process. I hope that at the end of the process, I will have a transplant that meets my expectations and all this labor will not be wasted. I hope everyone’s planting result meets their expectations.
