Dr. Sahin CELIK 3900 Graft

Hi everyone!
As a brother who has been following the site for a long time and I wanted to share my process with you, who were influential in my decision.
DECISION MAKING STAGE
Although I have been following the forum for a long time and convincing my friends to the operation, I could not dare to operate for myself. During the curfews in the pandemic, I dared and met with a few places. I had reached the stage of agreement with a center. But there was no one who shared their experiences other than the posts of the transplant center on their instagram pages. I even asked him whether DHI or Sapphire FUE was a better procedure. If he had directly said Sapphire FUE, there would have been a question mark in my mind again. He said that he could not make such a distinction and that there were centers that got very good results with DHI. He said that his team applied this method as a center because they knew the Sapphire FUE method. At the end of the conversation, I asked for a few days to think about it. I re-examined the forum again and saw only 2 unsuccessful results of Şahin Doctor.Şahin Doctor’s clinic was closed until June.In the following period, due to the uncertainty of my work, I made an appointment in August for an operation on October 23, 2020.
OPERATION
From November 2018 until 3 days before the operation, I used Xpecia and 3 boxes of Proscar, 1/4 a day. In this process, there was a really noticeable improvement in my hair. Even so much so that as the operation approached, my friends who knew the process said that I did not need transplantation. In order not to stress, I never thought about the process until the day of the operation. I was interested in other things. As a philosophy of life, I do not keep people who constantly look at life negatively around me.
I came to the center at 08:00 for the operation.Şahin Doctor and Ergin Doctor welcomed me.I filled out the relevant documents and gave blood for testing and PRP. Then we went to the planning stage. This is still the only process that remains in my mind. I wanted the front line to be a little more rounded, but Şahin Doctorm said that it would not look natural. I was convinced with the motto of the master’s work, and we went to the room to be planted.
The team was very sensitive about strerilization. I was asked not to touch anything in the room except the seat I would lie on. The process started with pressurized anesthesia. I felt much less pain than blood collection. Then we proceeded by anesthetizing the donor area to be worked on stage by stage. Since pressurized anesthesia is already numbing, I did not feel any pain in other anesthesia. Now I want to explain to the friends who want to have it here. Anesthesia eliminates pain, but I felt all the procedures but there was zero pain. While planning the extraction, my hawk doctor planned to take it from the sides, but after a few purchases, he said that although there were 4 grafts, the roots were very weak and would not continue to the sides. He said that if it continues the same in the back area, it will not continue. I was a little depressed, but I said everything was for the best. Since the back side was not so bad, we continued. Since my hair is extremely fine, maybe it will not be very dense, but it will be a natural appearance, my Şahin Doctor said. If I went to other centers, I am sure they would take more grafts, but I did not want the homogeneous appearance to deteriorate. Lying face down with a mask for about 4 hours made me feel like I was in the grave with my nose blocked from time to time. Fortunately, this process ended with fine workmanship. After the grafts were collected, my doctor started to open the canal. This time, lying on his back without moving started. The liquid injected to get in between made my head feel like a balloon. That tension in the head is a very different experience. Finally, Ms. Büşra, Buket and Elif started to place the grafts. This was the most comfortable part of the transplantation process. After a while, we had a lunch break and then the procedure was completed and I left the center at exactly 16:00.
FIRST 3 DAYS AFTER OCTOBER
On the first day, the feeling of balloon in the head continues. I came home and had dinner. I immediately went to rest in a horizontal position. Based on the experiences of some of my friends who had transplantation, I knew that the first 10 days would be troubled about sleep, but I slept very well for 3 days.
I did the first wash myself at home after 48 hours. There is nothing to be afraid of again except removing the bandages.
Today is my 3rd day and I feel good enough to go to work. I managed to pull the swelling down without lowering it on my face. But there is still swelling and tension.
I do not smoke and drink alcohol. Until October, I was doing sports regularly for 1-2 hours a day.
