EsteMyLife 4050 Grafts: Early Patient Case

Patient-reported archive: This page documents an EsteMyLife transplant whose original title records 4,050 grafts. The patient wrote the first update immediately after surgery and had not yet confirmed all technical details.
Archive Information and Verification
This is an archived patient-reported record, not a clinical study or a measure of the clinic’s average outcomes. This editorial update does not independently verify the original source, photographs, exact graft count or current clinic workflow.
The operation date and the latest photograph date should be read from the recorded case details below. Where a date or follow-up is not recorded, do not infer it from the article’s publication date or an image filename. Early healing photos do not establish final growth.

Case Summary
- Clinic: EsteMyLife, Istanbul
- Grafts: 4,050, according to the original page title
- Follow-up point: immediate postoperative period
- Planning note: the patient wanted vertex work but says the clinic advised against prioritizing that area
Because this is an immediate post-op account, it should be read as an early-stage case rather than a final result.
For clinic background and current-status caveats, see our EsteMyLife legacy clinic profile. Because this page shows the immediate postoperative stage, compare it with our hair transplant recovery timeline; for wider patient-experience context, see our Turkey reviews guide.
How to Interpret This Patient Case
This page is an archived patient case rather than a controlled clinical study. Graft count, technique, timing, pricing and patient impressions should be read as historical case details only where they were recorded in the original account. Hair-transplant outcomes vary with donor density, hair calibre, recipient-area size, surgical planning, healing and the progression of future hair loss.
This EsteMyLife case is an immediate postoperative account whose original title lists 4,050 grafts; the patient had not confirmed all technical details when the first update was written. Early images record placement and recovery only. They cannot establish mature growth, and the title figure remains a source-reported count rather than independently verified data.
Useful Points to Compare
- Starting hair-loss pattern and donor density
- Reported graft count and recipient-area coverage
- Donor extraction pattern and visible thinning
- Hairline design, direction and density distribution
- Time elapsed between surgery and each photograph
EsteMyLife 4,050 Grafts: What Was Actually Reported?
This archive preserves a patient’s post written on the day of surgery. The 4,050-graft figure appears in the archived title, while the patient states that detailed graft information had not yet been confirmed and would be discussed at a follow-up appointment. Treat the figure as a reported title detail, not an independently verified operative count.
The patient hoped for additional work in the vertex (crown), but describes the clinic advising against prioritizing that area. The narrative does not establish the precise distribution of grafts or the outcome of the crown over time. The patient also reports anxiety about anesthesia and makes clear that it was too early to assess the clinic’s results.
What These Early Photos Can and Cannot Show
Photographs taken immediately after transplantation can help document the initial graft placement, hairline outline and donor-area appearance. They cannot establish final density, graft survival or the result months later. Exact dates for every archived image and a verified long-term follow-up are not provided in the written account. For interpretation, see our postoperative recovery guide and guide to evaluating patient results.
Original Patient Account
Hello everyone; As of today, we have performed my transplantation process. I had previously examined this forum for hair transplantation and I learned a lot of things from here, I thank everyone who helped us learn.
I do not find it right to make a clinical evaluation at this stage, I have seen a few negative developments here before, but I wanted to choose it because I found it successful before.
Since there is a new transplantation today, I will ask when I go tomorrow for detailed information about grafts etc. Since my pain threshold is very low, I was a little nervous in the anesthesia part:) Afterwards, there is nothing for now.
I wanted to transplant in the vertex area, but they stated that the grafts to be planted there would not mean much, I am a little obsessed, I would prefer to be planted in that part, but since my knowledge on this subject is very insufficient, I left it to the clinic, I wanted to trust their experience. The vertex part is not completely open, maybe I thought I could strengthen it with supplements.
I am waiting for your experience and comments with the first state of hair transplantation.
