Dr. Sibel ULUSAN 4452 Graft Hair Transplant

Hello, I am 26 years old… Actually the process starts at 07.30 in the morning like other Sibel Ulusan plantings and the planting ends around 22.00 in the evening. There is a 10 minute tea break during the intake, a lunch break after the intake is completed and another 5-10 minute break after the channels are opened. Ms. Sibel had a lot of difficulty during the extraction. It was due to the hair quality in my donor area. The hair that did not enter the comb became thinner and thinner over time (also in the nape area). Nevertheless, Ms. Sibel did not compromise on discipline and a transplantation of 4452 grafts was realized with dedication. My priority was to make the front and vertex as dense as possible. It was enough if a few grafts were planted in the middle. Of course, I still have a corner of my mind saying “I wonder if I should have done it towards the back”… Anyway, we do not know what the future holds.
I would like to thank Ms. Sibel and her team here again. It is a great work. It is a little hard to believe when you don’t see it, but she really doesn’t leave your side even for 1 minute. She does the extraction and channels completely by herself and her assistant helped her during the transplantation. In addition, her husband Dr. Zafer Ulusan Bey helped with the roots taken and determining the front line. Since my hair is very thin, Ms. Sibel and Mr. Zafer found Finasteride appropriate and stated that statements such as “infertility” are “urban legends”. Nevertheless, I decided not to use Finasteride due to my age, other possible side effects (erection problems, forgetfulness, etc.) and also because a pharmacist friend of mine did not recommend it. I started using Solgar Biotin 3-4 weeks before the transplant (morning/evening).
As for post-October medications:
1 week Tetradox morning/evening
15 days Coraspin one piece in the evening
15 days Nootropil morning/evening half
I also regularly use Solgar Biotin (1000) and Xpecia morning/evening. There are no side effects.
I use Sebamed’s baby shampoo (recommended for 3 months after transplantation)
My first 3 washes were done by Lütfiye Hanım, the hair transplant director at the center, and I left Izmir. As before the transplantation, Lütfiye Hanım took care / continues to take care with incredible devotion after the transplantation. I would like to thank her again in your presence. Thanks to this forum, I was able to follow Dr. Sibel Ulusan’s transplants and learned a lot of things. God bless those who contributed to the forum and shared their experiences.
